THE BASICS:

  • Ages: 12+
  • Price: $85 per person; Minimum of 2 and maximum of 8 participants; DOES NOT include lift ticket or rentals, must be purchased separately

LESSON STRUCTURE:

Semi-Private Snowboard Lessons are designed for riders ages 12+ who want to learn together while receiving more personalized instruction than a traditional group lesson. These lessons are ideal for friends or family members who want to share the experience and progress together.

Semi-private lessons balance value and individual attention. When groups include a wider range of skill levels or approach the maximum group size, additional instructors may be assigned as needed so riders can be grouped appropriately by ability and receive focused coaching.

Participants are welcome to come with specific goals, or instructors can assess the group and suggest a logical progression based on current ability, terrain, and conditions. Instruction is flexible and adapts to the needs of the group while maintaining a supportive, collaborative learning environment.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:

  • Online reservations are highly recommended. Walk-in bookings may be available, but are not guaranteed.
  • Lessons start promptly at the time listed while booking.
  • Please be sure to arrive, at a MINIMUM, one hour early. This will ensure you have enough time to check in at the front desk to receive your lift ticket and get fitted with equipment, if applicable. Lines and wait times may be long. You will not be eligible for a refund if you are late to your lesson.
  • Please check in at the front desk upstairs at the ski lodge when you arrive.
  • Snow Cubs, Little Shredders, and Weekend Warriors lessons INCLUDE a lift ticket and rentals.
  • Private, Semi-Private, Beginner, and Level 1 Lessons DO NOT INCLUDE a lift ticket or rental equipment. These items will need to be purchased separately in advance of your lesson. Pre-purchasing a lift ticket and rentals is the best way to ensure availability and will save you time when you arrive.
  • Crescent Hill has a no-refund policy. If Crescent Hill closes due to weather during your lesson time, we will work with you to reschedule your lesson.
  • Reschedule requests must be received at LEAST 24 hours in advance by email to info@explorecrescenthill.com. Failing to provide this notice will result in your lesson being canceled without a refund. Lessons may only be rescheduled once.
  • Please be sure to dress appropriately for winter weather. Layers are highly recommended, as are gloves, a hat, and sunglasses or goggles.

 

The purchase of a lesson or lift ticket does not guarantee rentals will be available.  Pre-purchasing rentals is highly recommended to ensure availability.
